Yeah, you did. The picture isn’t the problem. The picture was everything but the problem.

94% shortage of medical providers. 79% for nurses.

That’s the problem. Not a “37% shortage of clerical workers”. That’s what most companies would call standard. Especially if there’s no medical providers for them to work under.
