Hat, have to say man, I like your style, I'm a noob posting but have read these for awhile now..every cynical comment you make gets these people posting all day, and it occasionally brings facts and stats I didn't know, so keep it up! As a bonus I can picture the dudes rewording their comebacks and smiling behind their parent bought labtops thinking they will get you, it makes laugh. And for the retorts coming for this compliment to Hat, I will most likely forget you before I read your posts so don't bother, Go Vols, hit me up to party in The Grove before we beat Ole Miss!

I also notice you always talk about basketball. I like UT bball and all but its really lame compared to football and i don't know why you talk so much about. Getting back on topic, i think DMO is idiot that got his 2nd chance and screwed it up. Thats his fault and no one elses. I do have some sympathy for what he had to go thru as a kid but life's not fair. I also used to see him around quite a bit and he seemed like a thug. I saw him buying a lot of liquor before and my GF had a class with him, and said he was very arrogant and never showed up and if he did it was very late, so don't know how he would've passed.

However, I did think, raw-talent wise, he was one of the best, if not the best player on the team and would have been a sure fire 2nd round pick if he had just made it thru the season FWIW

Man no reason to hate on hat's family showing love! Just wondered why it took you so long to show up on the thread but then I remembered you had to walk all the way to civilization to borrow a friends cell phone, and then it was hard to figure out how to use it.

MIKIE, not sure what to make of that because as I wrote it out for people to see, that was a compliment, Hat gets people to post stuff all day with his comments...??.. Reread it, a couple times if you need to..then you will catch on. As for taking so long to reply, I don't have the luxury of sitting behind a computer all day and checking this site. However the 'figuring out how to use the phone' was pretty tricky, so you got me there, well played.

Ole Miss weekend will be one of the highlights of the season. Tunica, The Grove, A Friday Pit Stop At The Tad Pad, Vaught-Hemingway on Saturday. Should be a solid run.

It's sad that Morley is at the top of the football forum. Who cares about where he is or what he is doing? He had a second chance, he blew it and good riddence.

The guy probably would have failed Wii bowling too. If he is too lazy and/or stupid to pass bowling than he doesn't belong on the football team.

Definitely the best road trip in the SEC in my eyes. Especially with the level of females around The Grove. Its even better when the wife decides to go and I get a guilt-free stare party.

This is a losing battle much akin to the "argue with an idiot long enough, people won't be able to tell the difference" but much more apropos is "Don't argue with idiots, they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience." Let's face it, with 35K posts, he has far more staying power than either of us and with that many posts, this is likely all he has in his life.

I thought arguing with him might provide brief, intellectual amusement until the cornball retort of "no reason to feed filet to the homeless" with a misspelled fillet. What's next? Let them eat cake :) How long before he drops a "nuff said"? This level of questionable sophistication elicited a mere yawn.

The logical conclusion is that to engage Mr. "big-hat, no cattle" in his foray of insolence, I have to sink to the same level of condescension and bitterness. haha didn't know there were roles and only 15000+ posters were allowed to say anything meaningful. Hat adds nothing of value to this board that ive ever read except his cynical, outspoken opinion attacking other posters or people associated with UT . I think he's a croc of $hi+ and don't know why everyones all on his nuts about everything all the time.
