Pretty good lineup of talent. Eric Clapton, George Harrison, convicted murderer Jim Gordon, Rita Coolidge, Bobby Whitlock, Billy Preston, etc.
I read that it all fell apart when they argued about how the money was distributed.
BTW- Bonnie once smacked Elvis Costello in the face in a hotel bar after a show.
