At the time, it was a much needed TSA that was one, if not the only, highpoint of Ray Blanton's tenure as Gov. It was a catchy tune that stuck in your head like a lawn dart and it worked, imo. However, the song, I'm sure, has also been used against us in one way or another over the years.
