Deja Vu?

I think it feels more like the 2004 season, we ended up splitting time with Erik Ainge and Brent Schaeffer, pretty young squad and a lot of people were down on Tennessee. Tennessee ends up going to the SEC title game despite all of the talk being in the favor of Georgia.

Why so comtemptous with people who dont agree with you? Im not always negative, people just see what they want. Ive had many positive post in the past few days, especially concerning the mlb position.

But its often fun to see the reactions from folks with all these, feels like 98 big game butch, and d4h threads. The way i view it, some of the eternal optimists need to learn to laugh at themselves.

Lighten up, Francis.

Well we exceeded expectations in 2015 and fell way short in 2016. I'm not sure on expectations for this year.

Heh...I know you are, but what am I?

Seriously, I saw on another thread where you predicted a 7-5 season (maybe 8-4). And that's about what I am thinking, too. So maybe it's just a stylistic thing that comes off as more negative than it really is. I'm willing to concede that could be the case.

Anyway, I don't want you to think I was targeting just you in my posts here. I tried to make a point to say it was several different posters. Nothing personal.

Go Vols!

Its all good man. I enjoy the conversation. Sorry i come off the way i do sometimes. Most of my stuff is just poking funny at the overly optimistic.

I often say that most people are middle of the road type people, but in internet communication we always want to jump to the extreme opposite of what we think, so i try to have fun with it.

But we are all vols fans and want the same thing in the end. Yeah, ive lost faith in cbj, but in the end if the vols do good and are not an embarrasment (off the field trouble), to the university, i dont care who the coach is.

But the food is almost done and the wait almost over, Go Vols.
