DEI = Racism

Pretty soon we'll be at "If the pilot doesn't look like Tom Cruise in Top Gun, then I gonna be scared sh*less to step on that plane."

You goobers are a hoot.

Lol. That’s dumb. Plenty of qualified female pilots. Many former Naval Aviators - just like Tom in Top Gun.

But weren’t you in here just the other day deriding Delta over one of their ridiculous DEI proclamations?

That was about Delta telling their employees to capitalize Black, but to use a lowercase "w" when spelling white. That's just counterproductive silliness.

Not Just Claudine Gay. Harvard's Chief Diversity Officer Plagiarized and Claimed Credit for Husband's Work, Complaint Alleges

1706636913150.png

It's not just Claudine Gay. Harvard University's chief diversity and inclusion officer, Sherri Ann Charleston, appears to have plagiarized extensively in her academic work, lifting large portions of text without quotation marks and even taking credit for a study done by another scholar—her own husband—according to a complaint filed with the university on Monday and a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

The complaint makes 40 allegations of plagiarism that span the entirety of Charleston's thin publication record. In her 2009 dissertation, submitted to the University of Michigan, Charleston quotes or paraphrases nearly a dozen scholars without proper attribution, the complaint alleges. And in her sole peer-reviewed journal article—coauthored with her husband, LaVar Charleston, in 2014—the couple recycle much of a 2012 study published by LaVar Charleston, the deputy vice chancellor for diversity and inclusion at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, framing the old material as new research.

From my work experience almost everyone coming out of Harvard is incapable of independent thought. It's a diversity mill now, no skill or intelligence required.

I have flown with female pilots my entire career. They are not as rare as the left wants you to believe.

And I never saw that DEI thingy that you are talking about.

I agree with Knowles. Plagiarism is the ultimate sin in academia. Let AI review all the written work of these people and identify who is plagiarizing.

‘Plan To Reduce The Number Of White Males In Aviation’: Matt Walsh Reveals Troubling Internal Footage Of FAA Discussion On DEI Agenda

Daily Wire host Matt Walsh posted a thread on X on Wednesday that featured internal footage of Federal Aviation Administration officials “workshopping a plan to reduce the number of white males in aviation.”

The footage obtained by Walsh shows a video conference from April 2022 where acting Deputy Chief Operating Officer Angela McCullough argued for more airline workers to go “from ramp to cockpit,” complaining that Flight Operations is “white-male dominated.” McCullough then argued that the agency needs to “get a little uncomfortable” and “talk about what the future could look like.”

“Ramp to cockpit”?

What does that mean? She wants the guys that are currently fueling the planes to be flying the planes?
