Those are just the ones that have a true legit shot at signing with UT. JMO. I'm sure I left a couple off.

Very nice list.
BTW, Creamer is most likely a DE as well.

Mosley and Ford have higher interest in us than Lambert.

Ahh I knew I would take flack some way or another on that list. I put a disclaimer in there... "JMO"

The only reason I put Featherston on there, was because he still mentions UT regularly in his articles.

Hubbs mentioned about a month ago that Featherston was getting a great friendship formed with Larry Knight, one of our Defensive GAs

Edit: Lambert has us in his top 2 so I think I got the interest right. Maybe should have bumped Mosley/Ford.

imo for this class to propel us back where we need to be it must have at least 4 dlinemen

While we’re talking about it, a lot about what we get from this year’s class will be determined by last year’s class. Is Vickers inside or outside? Where does Carr end up? And is Jordan Williams going to keep on getting bigger?

I’m glad we don’t have DL all-the-way filled yet. And I guess I’m in the minority with that opinion.

I get the impression from Hubbs that Vickers will be an outside guy. Carr will move inside. Jordan Williams is kind of on the fence. Haven't heard much about him to be honest.

Don't sleep on Jaylen Miller.

2013 Dline that we signed

Carr
Miller
Brown
Vereen
Vickers

IMO it wasnt a bad haul

plus the redshirt freshman we have

OBrien
Lewis
Folger (walkon)

by the time these 2012/2013 guys are seniors, we will have a sick DLine

Current 2014 commits
Henderson
Creamer (if moved to Dline)

Current 2015 commits
Butcher

Current 2016 commits
Middleton

plus we are in on some great names for Dline prospects
Mosley
Barnett
Ford
Humphreys
Hendrix
Elam (if offered)

Overall: DLine will be sick in the future

The way I see it, Team 118 has...

SDE-- Williams, Miller
UT-- Carr, Saulsberry, Vickers
NT-- O’Brien, Clark, Carson
LEO-- Lewis, Vereen, Brown, Henderson

Italics means Freshman.

And absolutely nothing is set in stone. No idea where any of these guys ends up. I’m not sure the staff has any idea where some of these guys end up, either.

Clark, Carr, OBrien, Saulsberry, Carson look like the DTs we currenty have on the roster for next season.

Would be nice to have at least one of the 300 pounders step up and be a contributer this year (Clark and Carson). I'd feel a lot better if one of them stepped up. Otherwise it looks like we will be a little undersized and inexperienced...... not good.

Are we looking at any other DT? Are we recurtiting Naquez Pringle,Zeek Rodney,Dexter Wideman? All from South Carlolina.

The only ones we usually talk about on here are the “hot prospects”. They are, like every other school, expending their weekly phone call and constant bothering on Facebook and Twitter. The other side of the equation is the interest from the athletes. And that changes as spots close, open up, and shut down.
