This defense is reason for optimism for the future. If there was any semblance of offense, this team would compete for 7-8 wins. It's a team game, but damn, you have to feel bad for them. The effort and intensity they showed for 50 minutes was exemplary. They just came up one stop short. We will be a dangerous team when we score more than 14 points a game. Go Vols!!!

Good point, although I'm thinking 2015 and beyond. I think there is potential for this defense to be great. But obviously it's pure speculation.

Jancek made his unit different from last year like night and day. Sadly, Bajakian hasnt.

Here's an idea during scrimmage maybe we can load the box and send multiple blitzes at once and the oline can figure out what to do. Kidding makes too much sense
