Do you still believe in that old saying? This defense is a championship caliber defense and has now won two games for the Vols, Oklahoma and Florida. If UT can get the offense figured out, they will run the table with this type of defense. Just imagine this defense with a type of offense that just averages 35-40 a game in conference play?

Oline and QB probably won't allow that. Field position and Fulmer ball is what we're reduced too right now..

Our defense is good enough to win a championship, but our offense has to get better. It doesn’t have to be 2022 good, but it’s got to be quite a lot better

What is frustrating is we have a stout defense now unlike the past few years. You gotta score some points though. This defense with Henson and two years ago we stomp every team. The offense now is offensive. It’s like steamy turd stink

I don't see how this offense improves enough to make a deep run. I think they're gonna have to rely on Sampson and the running game. Nico will continue to grow

And the offensive line has to do its job so Nico has a chance. While many are Blaiming Nico, it’s not him. We are having the same issues as last year when people were blaiming Milton. It’s time to start looking else where. We got some good QB’s and Heupel needs to stop with this Loyal BS and hire the best and send his buddy’s Halzle and Elarbe packing.
