Let this be my one Deer Lord football prayer for the year:

Please Deer Lord let Auburn hire Hugh Freeze and Lane Kiffin both. One as Head Coach, the other as Coordinator. Or one as Athletic Director and the other as Chancellor. I don't care. Just please Deer Lord see it in your most gracious heart to have Auburn soak up both those losers like kitty litter going after pee.

In this way, we could be spared from more pages and pages of people wanting one or both of them.

One of the RF regs told me during the Butch Jones debacle that he would support the Head coach until he was let go.

Seems more people support that dumb belief than we realize.

I think most fans support the HC until they realize that it's no longer possible to do so.

For example, I started questioning Dooley after the 2011 debacle to Kentucky, but completely gave up on him after the OT loss to Mizzou in 2012. Questions about Butch started with the OU game in 2015, increased with the loss to Florida that season, and bottomed out with the Vandy loss in 2016. The beginning of the end for me with Pruitt started with GA St last season, and reached the nadir with the UK embarrassment this season.
