Dee Beckwith status?

Crossing that bridge when getting there kind of thing. What about Narduzzi? The NCAA hand down a larger margin of victory?
exactly that, he beat Heupel. Just like Kiffin will. I get it, you dont like Kiffin and many don't. I understand exactly why and honestly I was probably as pissed off as anyone else when he left. But the fact is Kiffin is a damn good coach that unfortunately wasn't a grown up while he was here. Karma bit him at USC, but that doesn't change the fact that Kiffin is pretty well thought of. We do not match up well in this one nd they will likely boat race us unless we find speed in the back 7, push up front and an Offense that doesn't turn the ball over.

Only this fanbase would make a thread that lasts hundreds of posts about a 6th string RB
But yet your still here contributing lol. Its a message board. Have you checked the other message boards ? How many threads were made comparing Milton to Cam ? Crazy isn't it

Maybe this staff can’t judge actual talent or who puts us in the best position to win. I mean Milton started 2 games.
Unfortunately Milton may start more than 2 before it becomes obvious to the coaches that he can’t play QB

That has nothing to do with pocket awareness and overthrowing WR’s.

Those are simple mechanics that most QBs should have. Bailey has neither.

Hooker and Milton aren’t that great either but it’s pretty telling that Bailey is far behind them on what Heupel wants in his system.
First of all your talking nonsense. Most young Qbs struggle with the speed of the game and miss some throws. ALL do this, we have never had a QB in the history of Tennessee that didn't. You all can say what you want about arm strength and the other bs. Pocket awareness ? Lol dude have you seen the number of sacks our two running qbs have amassed ? We have 11 sacks already this season. They are responsible for 9 of them. Guess they dont have Awareness either. Kid is 19 the others are grown ass men with college degree's. Most of us see that Bailey isn't ready after yesterday. HB has the correct mechanics, his problem is game speed and confidence in the system. He doesnt have a rhythm in this offense at this time. I am sure that your correct though in saying he just isnt any good lol

Bailey did throw the best ball for UT this year out of the 3. If you disagree, please post the game and time that HH or JM completed a pass over the shoulder on the outside where the defender couldn't reach it ON THE MONEY with the defender draped all over UT's WR!!!
You should go back and watch the first drive that Hooker laid out beautifully for Payton. Had he caught it hes still running. I'm on the HB train as well and he threw a good ball, that said Bailey neds to keep grinding. He isn't ready just yet. No need throwing him to the vultures of the SEC just yet

I don’t mind Kiffin…especially when he was here. Doesn’t translate to the hero idol worship per actual results from segments of our fanbase. There’s “beat” someone as in leave with a win (which happened twice with Narduzzi) and then there’s BEAT by double digits in both previous matchups…like the current subjects. If Kiffin’s team had been the hate crime perpetrators of those matchups you can be certain it would be cited over and over and deemed relevant. Just fun with observations. 😎

Hopefully our guys keep chipping at our flaws and continue to fight. I do like that aspect. We have so many under developed guys from the previous Staff. By the end of the year if not beat to death we may actually turn a corner. That is my hope right now.

Yep if Kiffin had beat down Heupel that badly in 2 head to head games…the Heupel haters would never shut up about it. As a matter of fact Heupel could lose to Florida 51-35 next week with barely 70 scholarship players and this board will have a meltdown. Ironically that is how bad Florida beat Ole Miss last year.

Anything you can share?

I struggle sometimes with what to share and not. Even though it's based on observation, it's still just my opinion based on observation.

I'll just say that in high school he was so incredibly gifted he didn't have to be motivated or ambitious to earn playing time or be successful on the field.

From what I hear, he's not necessarily developing in the motivation or ambition department during his time in college either.

I asked someone very close to the situation a few days ago why he wasn't seeing the field. "The morning he wakes up and decides he wants to be a factor, he will dominate. Until then, don't expect much."

But I still check the depth chart each week, hoping to see his name there and know he woke up.

ETA: to be clear, based on what I see and hear I do not blame the coaches at all. This does not seem like one of those situations where a player deserves to be on the field and is just getting screwed over by the coaching staff. I believe they fully want him out there and are hoping he picks it up. When it happens it's going to be on him though.

We just had the best pre game script and great adjustments in the last three games that we have had since Kiff or Cut was OC. You are just a part of the Legion that suck in regards to any knowledge about the game of football.

Lol here we go. You’re probably a pee wee coach that puts your kid at qb to run then plays the high school tells you to run. We’ve played an fcs school, and be of the worst Fbs schools, and a mediocre ACC team that spotted us 2 tds. Yea great adjustments. Lol.

If you can’t play in this team, it might be best to move elsewhere. That to me says more about his ability at RB than the coaches inability to play him. My only hope if he is to somehow stay is that he moves to a different position, TE or DE/LB
He should take a page from Warrens book and redshirt this year, bulk up and play TE. At present, I don't know where else he'd fit. Hes a player with no natural position.

If we put up 35 on Florida, I will be damn impressed, and I don’t care if we give up 70 in the process.

Probably his college spot based on frame and size. I hope he’s not a Rod Wilkes different spot to learn each year.
