Yeah, tough hole. Beautiful weather, ocean breezes, exotic, sexy women, top flight entertainment options every night. I can't imagine why anyone would want to live here. The constant construction of new, million dollar plus per unit condo developments here is just a mystery. Someone should make these people aware of the paradise available in greater Bentonville.

I suspect there's a sizeable crew of the condo developers wishing their properties were in Bentonville today. I am a partner in two different developments in your neck of the woods that will never compare to anything I have in NWA, because they're in your overdone cess pool. Oh by the by, did you forget the hurricanes, crime, traffic, illegals etc. Those are options every day as well.

Other than the annoyance of occasionally having to close the hurricane shudders, I'm not in the least bit bothered by any of the alleged negative factors you mentioned.

Who says travel is a pain? I wouldn't be bothered if I was on a plane every day. That said, I wouldn't mind if one or more of the programs down here picked up their level of play. I suspect Rex Walters will accomplish that at FAU. As for Miami, at least I get to see some really good ACC teams when they visit.

I was simply responding to the continued drivel about my lack of shoes and minimal IQ. I do not claim to have any class. I do claim to live in a decent place and have a better gig than a corporate attorney in Miami. I'll leave it at that.

You know Fayettville, would be right up there with Miami, if we could get a Joe's Stone Crab.

It's obvious you both enjoy where you live, and love Tennessee sports...

Uh, mediocrity in Ktown is better? I still get to watch one heckuva home schedule here in football and basketball. I'd prefer Ktown and get there when I can, but Fayetteville has been a very good alternative.
