Most weren't happy with Bajakian. Many thought the offense was too predictable, especially the running game. At the same time, most agree this would be a bad time for whole sale change, which most established OC's would require. I think I'll reserve judgment, this is a tricky thing CBJ is trying to do here imo.

Totally agree. This hire reeks of stagnance. It definitively does not project the image of an aggressive coaching staff looking to improve and progress. Terrible hire. I hope I'm proven wrong, but I expect to see more uninspired playcalling as we've seen the past two seasons.
