Why would that be ANY worse than doing so for the accused? Think of how many family members or friends want to pulverize the accused...before all the facts come out.

Again...you aren't thinking. You're just stuck in this one-sided rut.....assuming every rape accusation is legit. Despite the Duke Lacrosse players being publicly lynched and having to pay hundreds of thousands of $$$ in legal defense costs...just to clear their name. And worse yet, despite two recent high profile rape accusations proven to be false. :loco:

Those Duke players parents are probably still paying down loans for their sons legal defense!

This would be a different situation if the alleged crime was committed by someone with the attitude to match.

I have met AJ.. I have watched him for an entire college career. And personally I can not imagine that he could do something like what he is accused of.

I agree that anyone trying to crucify the Girl in this matter before the facts are brought to light is horrible.

But the fact that AJ is such a humble and good person makes me think that there is no way that he is guilty. Not to mention the fact he is the star of a UT football team.

The guy could literally send a tweet out saying he was horny and needed some company and I could almost guarantee he would get at least 50 responses from women in Knoxville saying here is my number, come pick me up and I will rock your world.

So while anyone attacking the girl at this point in the investigation is a horrible person because we do not REALLY know what happened that night.

Excuse me if I stand behind the person I do know here. I will believe he is innocent until it is absolutely proven otherwise.

Why? Because nothing adds up from the start until the end... the type of person he is, the amount he has to lose over something like this. The fact he could literally be having orgies with half the woman in this town attending. And the few facts we have, tweets from the alleged victim, the fact he has not been arrested, witnesses etc.. all point to the conclusion that this is a fake BS allegation meant to hurt AJ right at the most crucial time in his career.

Now is it possible that it is true.. yes it is possible.. which is why no one at this point should be saying anything about the alleged victim.

But I would be nothing short of speechless, dumbfounded and completely crushed if this turned out to have any sort of validity.

Just to make sure you're consistent, if this was a starting LB at Alabama or Florida you would be just as outraged at the releasing of their names in the same scenario....correct?

TBH I'm mostly basing my views on this with how the Treon Harris issue played out.

Lucky for him, the girl wasn't aware cell phones were sufficient evidence. Regardless, Treon was publicly ostracized and branded until the evidence came to light.

So in all it feels like a witch hunt. Those convicted should have their names pulled through the mud. As it stands, these guys are accused and apparently that's all it takes.

Now. Before some idiot goes full SJW on me with their feels and how they literally can't... Im not defending convicted rapists nor am I saying this girls name should be released.

If it comes out AJ and Williams are rapists or this girl and/or Bowles were in on some MTV level crap... They should be publicly flogged,

Serious question here. Why has AJ's name not been concealed?

A nameless faceless accuser has already made AJ an "alleged rapist". Why is it acceptable for him to be exposed for a crime, but for her identity to be concealed as an accuser?

Very curious as to how this is just in a legal way.

So ...I'm getting to the party late, it sounds to me that D. Bowles had the "Hots" for a young lady, this young lady has participated in a sexual situation (either willingly or unwillingly) with AJ Johnson, and or Williams ? She then after speaking with Bowles goes to the authorities and files a report of "Forcible Rape". Then AJ Johnson Produces text messages of her "wanting to have sex with him".... But now we must interview hundreds of people to get to the bottom of a situation that involved 4 people. One of which has bailed and has no issue ?
I don't give any credence to the crowd that says AJ can get laid anywhere.
I also give no credence to the crowd that says she participated in an examination...

Bottom line here, I gather, is AJ(possibly Williams) had sex with a woman, who later after speaking with a confidant chose to go through the process of filing charges and invasive "care" procedures.

Am I caught up now ?
