When you have to explain a joke, you've obviously either gone over the head of the audience or the joke sucked.

Personally I think the joke is solid.

Another version: when OE moved from Kentucky to Ohio, it raised the avg IQ of both states. His leaving Ky raised it because his was below avg. , but he raised OH because even his was above avg for there.

I guess you're too absorbed in the joke to realize everybody is playing off of it instead of wondering what it means... Although I did feel a breeze earlier... :crazy:
