First, you are appreciated. The life you've brought back to Tennessee football, after years of torture, I can't put into words. However, there's a very serious matter, with dire consequences that needs taken care of. You have to beat Georgia Saturday, no moral victories, no "we tried", it has to happen. My sanity, my freedom, heck, at this point, even my marriage depends on it. You can't imagine what it's like to live amongst people who walk around barking, let alone being married to one of them. I love my wife, but if Georgia wins again, it will at least lead to counseling. I'm not a violent person, but I'm already at the point of wanting to throw people into the river, and burn Athens to the ground. My home, my work, my church, I can't even go to Walmart without someone barking when I wear my Tennessee gear. Talent gap is no excuse, these people aren't that bright, that's including their players! Anyone who thinks a human barking is intimidating, they're not smart! Is it annoying? Yes, it's surpassed bama fans for me, and that takes a lot! I want to drive through town Saturday night, with my Tennessee tag, my checkered overalls, and sing Rocky Top all night. I want to wear my Tennessee tie Sunday morning, then my new Tennessee shirt to the gym after church. I don't care if I get beat up by a bunch of puppies, it'll be worth it to just shut them up. So please, if you find your way to Volnation and see this, please win. I don't want to put my wife on the couch again!

I feel for you brother. I don't know how you endure it. I'm hoping the talent gap has closed enough to pull the upset Saturday. We are do some good luck against these mutts.

I imagine Heup wants this game the most this season. He's a competitor and it has to irk him Kirby's 4-0 against him. I suspect his kids really want to get him this W

As a competitor, I'm sure he wants this one bad. I hope he gets it.

It's our best chance to beat Georgia in the Heupel era, and likely won't have a chance as good or better again until 27 when either Brandon or Mac have a year of experience under their belt. That being said, 84% of Georgia's roster are blue chips, while we're still only at 54%, and until that gap closes a bit more(which it should given how we seem to be recruiting now), probably won't actually be favored to beat them.

Its important to remember if we DO win you need to gloat like we will never lose again. Make sure everyone in there knows you are the victor not only in this moment but in life. That the downward slump is over and Kirby Smart is as much of a loser as he is ugly with a bad haircut. Never forget we will never lose again so make sure they never forget that notion until next season.

Good thing is only about 70% of a roster sees the field

Amended to reflect my angst about this game. I will celebrate like a fool when we win!

I’m gonna go back to what Fulmer told the team in 98 before the Florida State game:

You do not have to play perfect, but play your butts off. No quotation marks because I’m reciting from memory.

This is a winnable game. We just have to play hard and make a few more plays than they do.

Jimmies and Joes, Georgia has a bunch of them but only 11 can be on the field during play. If you wanna be the man, if have to beat the man. Let that man wear Orange this year.
