Please don't ever, ever again tell a reporter that it's "the media's fault" you're portrayed as a fumbler. You have individually cost us game, after game, after game.

Wow! :lolabove:

But Arian could be onto something, he IS a philosophy major. Let's see how he can spin this onto anyone but himself, and actually make us believe that it's not his fault. Then he can open a philosophy store.

I don't care if our RB can't spell his own name. I only care that he can get a first down on 3rd and 2 and will hold onto the ball. Look at Travis Henry: most productive and consistent running back here in the last 15 years and the guy has sired like 7 children out of wedlock.

How many games can you really think of where Arian Foster cost us the game? He has had some big fumbles, but I can't think of a single one that we shouldn't have been able to overcome.

Shouldn't have had a problem overcoming the fumble, but he shouldn't have fumbled the ball either. But I'm not even blaming this Auburn fumble on him; it's Crompton's fault no matter what the coaches say.

I might argue the usc o5 game.

While he may not be solely to blame - he can sure as hell take the lions share.

Arian has never individually cost us a game. He has had terrible fumbles that contributed to losses. In all of those games nearly every single player played like complete garbage.

penn st... that cost us the game. we had all the momentum in the world and then bang its over. Just like 03 georgia after we fumbled and they ran it back it was over. Only thing is if he doesnt fumble we dont have to overcome his mistake.

Complete crap. We could have stopped the running back who admitted his team was running the exact same play over and over. Our defensive line lost that game as much as Arian did. Ainge and Meachem did very little to help us win.

Mike Hamilton stole Arian Foster's money. He was on the way to purchase air conditioning for Strong Hall. His head hasn't been in the game since.

And let's add the Penn State bowl game, the game at Alabama where it was tied 3-3 and we were inside the 10 and they came back and beat us 6-3. so there, you have 3 games w/o thinking hard. Should we think harder and come up with more? How many is enough? I can answer that for you. It IS enough. He's a great kid but he fumbles at critical times. It's a fact; not an opinion..

Did you happen to see Rick Clausen throw the pick 6 or the fact that we spent the whole 2nd half in SC territory and got nothing?

Arian didn't fumble against Bama in 2005. Penn State was a garbage effort from the entire team.

That wasn't Arian Foster fumbling against Alabama.

It amazes me that any poster could possibly even consider thinking about maybe blaming a loss from 2005 on one player. That is completely absurd. If you believe that, than you have no reason to complain about Fulmer.

we can prolly split hairs on it all night long. but the all things were equal the game was on the line and he cost the team.

We lost the game by 10 points. That is two scores. Tony Hunt (PSU RB) pretty much called our defense a bunch of girls. He specifically said the "didn't want to tackle [him]".

I have heard this myth at least 20 times this season. I have no clue where it got legs.

From my seats behind the endzone that we fumbled through, it certainly didn't look like Foster to me...but what do I know?

It was 100% for sure Cory Anderson. And really, about 99% of guys would fumble from that hit.

I agree. MY point though is that even with the fumble SC had no business being able to play with us that night.
