I take that back. Unless all publications from the preseason are wrong, Rivera is a jr college transfer and he is a jr.

I guess I whiffed on that or read where he had 3 years to play or something. He's listed as Jr on utsports.com roster.

So he's listed as a jr but he has 3 years of eligibility? Not trying to argue; just trying to understand. He was a hs sr in '07, right? These transfer rules confuse me. I'll just look for a guy with "Rivera" on the back of his jersey. When I no longer see him, then I'll know he graduated.

I follow a decent bit on who we are trying to recruit, I don't remember seeing his name at all on anyone's list of players we might get. Wonder if there are any more of these hidden recruits...

My favorite quote from Arnett is this:

"Coach Dooley is going to help make me a man."

We want to win bad here as well as we should, but we have a coach here at TN that cares about building integrity not only for the football program but for each individual person. We do send a lot of people to the NFL, but the majority will not make it. Coach Dooley is going to help these young men become the men that they should be and that is men that will represent this university and represent themselves and their families in the future.

Many people wonder if it will translate to wins on the field. I personally think so, but time will tell that story.
