Having said all that, if G Jones were available, I think it's a much different ball game.
I don't agree at all. I think having Gerald on the field would not have made THAT much of a difference. Don't get me wrong, I like Gerald Jones. He seems like a great kid with a good attitude. However his football career here at UT has been mediocre at best. He has never demonstrated to me that he is the kind of player that takes over a game. I've never seen him as any kind of difference maker on the field.
