Brad Shepard writes on their and his articles are pretty dang good. More informative than half of the Tennessee writers out there.

I think a lot of their guys who cover the SEC in general aren't too bad, at least when they stick to covering the team they know. BR's bad sports coverage usually comes from "contributors" who think they're national sports analysts.

Hoke isn't a bad recruiter man. Michigan was good this year because Hoke recruited over half of them. I would rather have Shoop but Hoke wouldn't be a bad second option. Chizik is one to jet after a year for a head coaching job. I don't think Hoke will leave.

I agree. The Tennessee writers are pretty good imo. They don't have the top notch insiders that Rivals or 247 has but they have very solid articles about the team and what not.

God that's what is worrying me too. Since when has Butch gone outside of his network to hire a coach? The Shoop hire would be a big departure from the norm for him.
