So I'm in panama city beach, yesterday I had my vols hat on walking on the beach when a bulldog fan started barking at me. I told him your a grown man you don't have act like a dog! His come was well...you don't have to act like a volunteer! I simply said without us Texas would be part of mexico and walked away.

Also been seeing a ton of vol fans down here. So ready for football.

Hard to contend with that level of cleverness.

I want to beat Fla and Bama in the worst way....but I genuinely HATE those ignorant puppy fans! Now that Richt is gone....there is NO redeeming quality to any of 'em......GO VOLS! :salute:

The worst interactions I've had with opposing fans have all been UGA fans.

We live in AL near GA line and I work with my dad in GA. Even tho we've been around a ton more Bama fans, while I dislike Bama fans a ton more, my dad who has worked at my work a lot longer than me, says he dislike Dawg fans even more. It baffles me, but apparently Dawg fans can be more obnoxious for someone who has never won anything.

It always nice to insult Texas while embarrassing a Georgia fan(2 for 1 special).

I know every school has its share of bad fans, including ours. But from personal experience, the worst fans I have ever seen at college football games have been Georgia Bulldogs. I know there's tons of good, friendly Dawgs but I have had several bad experiences with jerks in red and black.

I was stationed in GA for 7 years.

They wanted to fight me, and it was the UGA-USCjr game.

Now if you didn't know better, one would think Ga won multiple NC and they set the standard for teams in the SEC. It was pretty pathetic but there were a few that were level headed and did not act like most.
Some of the best conversations was the barber shop right outside the main gate. Those guy loved Ga but they never bragged.

Had a good time there back in June. Met some cool Dawg fans at Tootsies. The key to getting along with Dawgs is to share our hatred of Gators.

PCB has gotten a lot better. Just taking a little bit too loose the run down tag it has. I prefer Okaloosa Island but do not mind PCB

Was at the Navy Supply Corp School in Athens from Mar-Oct 96, Had a weekly "aloha Friday" in one of the downtown bars, always wore Orange. Caught some crap but back then it was pretty easy to shut them down since we had a 5 game, soon to be 6, win streak.

Trying to figure out why you wasted your breath.

I would have just stared at him like I was shocked anything like him existed, shook my head, and kept walking.

However, I am honored to get this chance to speak to someone who fought along side guys like Houston and Crockett. Still walking? Remarkable!

This. I'm surrounded by a mix of UGA and UF fans. Probably about 75/25. The UGA fans, for the most part, are okay. But I can count on one hand the number of UF fans that I can stand to be in the same room with.

I'm sure there are a few Vol fans out there that give us all a bad name, so I just wear my colors with pride, and make it a point to never give any of you all a bad rep.

Go Vols.

Worst experience I ever had was in Athens, when about 10 dawg fans started hassling 4 of us. They threw urine on us and when all hell was about to break loose, security threw us out. We did nothing. When we got to the car, someone had ripped my Vol plate off my front bumper and dented the hood. Nothing but trash!
