His team is terrible which makes me apprehensive, but the stats are what they are. He definitely has the most unique game for any big man we've seen in a long, long time.

I agree. Haven't really watched him, hope he is legit and not Shareef Abdur Raheeming his numbers.

Sorry, sometimes the rest of the world tends to forget Memphis exists.

I haven't read on it, but I suppose that K Love was the first one out on voting.
And sometimes the world doesn't know where Portland is and they won't be missed when they miss the playoffs. Do you even know what team K Love plays for?

When you're hoping to get the last slot in the playoffs, it's all a black pot or kettle. Who gives a rat's ass about name calling?

At least we've actually won a game (in convincing fashion) against the likely first round matchup.

Issawn.

Justice served with K Love making the team, sure you can rack up points on bad teams, but you can either rebound or you can't that simple, would have like to see Monta Ellis get an all star nod, but it's not a travesty he didn't make it

Here's a question I'll pose:

With Durant, Love, Duncan, and Griffin all forwards on the West All-Star team, when's the last time we saw a group at one position this good on an all-star team?

Well, Durant plays SF, not PF, so between those 4 players, it's two positions, not one.

But yes, Duncan, Griffin, and Love all play PF.

I think in the 2005 all-star game (maybe 2004), the West had Garnett, Dirk, Duncan, Stoudemire, and Yao on the floor at the same time.

Garnett at PG, Dirk at SG, Stoudemire at SF, Duncan at PF, and Yao at C.

Now THAT is a crazy line-up. No one shorter than 6'10'' in that group.

One year they had that same lineup except shaq instead of amare. Crazy lineup indeed.
