Haha.....cant believe some of you actually bought this! Do they even have Ports in the desert? Ohhh the little things just amuse me so! Good call on the Kenny Roark gig as the HS coach in Ky.

Kenny Roark was the longtime football coach at my old high school. He was recently fired, then took a job at clay county and since then has had some serious health issues which forced his retirement.

How did you even come up with his name?

His son Chase Roark is a senior at Middlesboro and was named the border bowl offensive MVP and is being recruited heavily by Carson-Newman and EKU FWIW

I think it is telling that this thread has received so many hits, I think people are genuinely curious, not in a malicious way, about how Oku turned out. 6500 hits says something.

I hope the kid landed on his feet fwiw, even if he was a vol for a short time, he was a vol once.

We got punked!!! Good solid work. There are so many of the little JUCO's out that way, I was a believer. The only thing that I thought about for a moment was the comment about "he is going to play both ways". That didn't sound like Oku. But I bought it hook, line and sinker.

So I take it that no one knows what David Oku is doing these days?

Why all the Oku bashing? The kid kept his nose clean, didn't get in trouble, went to class, and, last I heard, was still enrolled at UT and working on his degree. There is absolutely no reason to lump him in with the likes of Nuke, BB, Myles...etc unless you're simply a moron that likes to bash kids for no apparent reason. In light of the competition, it amazes me that we might just have the stupidest fans in the SEC.
