He said "I was celebrating the ineptness of Les Miles and suddenly that came back to bite us all". He also was ranting about how exciting it was to watch this team grow week after week. Barnhart mentioned the brutal stretch upcoming, Keith said he looked forward to it because we could line up and play smashmouth ball with anybody. Oh and he said "Fulmer for AD".

I'm even happier now that his new show on Fox is in the tank. He needs to do a live reenactment of his final scene from An Officer And A Gentleman.

Don't even know who David Keith is and with a statement like "Fulmer for AD" I don't care to find out.

David Keith is an actor who was in some really good movies back in the 80's. He's a big UT fan . . . glad to see he's still alive and rooting for the Vols!

Nothing brings out the love around here like a mention of David Keith. We should merge this with the others threads documenting how highly the folks here think of Knoxville's Version of Tom Arnold.

Was Firestarter with Drew Barrymore (she's hot) his biggest role ?

Awesome. That was the first thing that came to my mind too. Entitled much was the second.

Let me guess. You're probably more in the Jake Butcher crowd for famous Tennesseans.

Ray Blanton would be higher on my list of notable Tennesseans than David Keith. Unless one counts James Earl Ray as a Tennessean, I'm not sure who would fall below David Keith on that list.

No reason to apologize. You were simply posting something you heard on the radio that you believed people might find interesting.
