Cuts been at Duke since 2008. We could do worse than him; rewind and watch todays game. We should have hired him in 2010.

I agree if a change is made it needs to be a big fish, but if the university tries to go cheap, go for the safe hire. I would be much happier with Cutt than another lower tier unproven coach.

result could be the same if he was here. Last 2 hirings big mistakes. The next one could be fatal

Ummmmmmm, nimrod. Cutt is the one who recruited Peyton to Tennessee and Eli to Ole Miss. He's recruited well enough at Duke to get them to 6-1.

While I like Cutt, I would rather see a big time hire. But good gosh, pull your head out of your butt before you talk, moron.

U obviously have no freaking clue what u are talking about.. Go ahead calling names over the Internet though tough guy.. I'm sure it's the only place u will get away with it.

He he got us to national Championship with his offence and coaching.

Granted, but we also had a killer defense too. Ultimately, I think his conservative persona remained after his departure and that football style in the SEC is outdated.

I'm not taking anything from him. I think he did a lot for the program and players, but he's not what we need now. Maybe I was too harsh in my statement.

Actually, I know exactly what I'm talking about, and what I said is completely true.

You on the other hand, said Cutt couldn't recruit. He was our OC when we won the NC (except for the actual game in Tempe) He had top offensive recruiting classes for years.

The only reason he didn't go to either the pros or to Notre Dame was because of family health issues.

Again, while I think we could do worse than Cutt, I don't think he is the best hire we could make right now. Point being, you're one of these people that throws stuff out there that is incorrect and when called out on it, you accuse others of knowing nothing. Better to keep quiet and learn grasshopper.

David Cutcliffe has a pretty sweet deal at Duke...I, for one, could never see him leave because at Duke you have no expectations really--here it would be different and I don't see Cut signing up for this.
