Blackburn would do a great job. UTC athletics are as high as they have been in a long time with great coach hires and a strong fan base. I heard him speak recently and he talked a lot about the other side of athletics (building good citizens) and how that has contributed to their success. Really down to earth guy but driven and holds everyone accountable. He would be a great hire.
