The Third Annual Dave Serrano Golf Classic, presented by Regal Entertainment Group and EdFinancial, teed off with more than 130 participants on Friday at Avalon Golf Course in an effort to raise funds and awareness for Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee.
