The people who are glad Martin is gone are the same ones who really believed Pearl was coming back or believe Greg Marshall is going to be the next coach.

I'm tickled that Martin's gone and I never thought the AD would bring Pearl back. I don't hate Martin, he did us a huge favor. We start the climb back up a year earlier and he made us some cash as opposed to costing us some cash.

I feel refreshed and look forward to seeing who we get and the style of play. I don't forget 2.5 years of mostly ugly basketball as quickly as others. Maybe because I remember even the wins being a miserable 2 hours at times and dreaded watching.
