15-25 in freaking conference and his record is even worse when playing teams with over a .500 record.

He a crappy coach and crappy person being force on us by an AD who will fired in a few days. Brohm would have been ok and there are other acceptable options but not this guy. Please volnation speak out! Help save our program! There is a reason this is happening while most folks are asleep. This is not acceptable!

The only reason we couldn't beat those teams this year would be the crappy job that Botch did in coaching this team.

FSU had a very uncharacteristically bad year, starting with the loss of their starting QB. Their season fell apart. So what? NCST beat them. I bet Kentucky, South Carolina, and perhaps even Vandy could have beat them as well.

And since when is beating teams like Pitt, and NC the watermark where you judge the aptitude of a coach? Louisville had a down year. They were not the typical product you would see from CBP.

Truth is, Doeren is a lower level coach who could not win in the SEC. If this hire happens, then we will be bottom of the barrel for another 5 years.

Dave Doeren is 33-30 at NC State, a pretty good job, he was on the hot seat last year...He's also a noted asshat...This is a worse version of Butch, I literally cannot believe y'all are hiring this turd.

Sorry, but it’s a dismal hire if it happens. N.C. State will be average at best next year and underachieved in what was supposed to be their year

He took over Northern Illinois from a coach who went 11-3 the year before he got there. Went to NC State after a couple of years and is 10 games below .500 in ACC play. His teams never get better. He is a carbon copy of Butch resume wise. Got a job off someone else's program. Got stuck in a ditch at his p5 job.

He’d have to put together an all star staff to recruit and develop the team. No proof he would do this, but have to hope for something

Totally uninspiring hire, but at least it’s better than Sciano at every level. Just not a championship kind of hire

Combined record this season for FSU, NC, Pitt and Louisville:

21-26.

His teams consistently score around 30 points and give up around 23 points so they are never particularly good at anything.

Clemson was coming off a tough game against GA Tech.

I wouldn't read a lot into that record for this season.
