So Jackson played mostly this year at free safety. Do the coaches plan on keeping him there? How has Darren Myles progressed this year? Where do the coaches see him fitting in at? And finally where do they want Dixon to come in and play at? Very excited that we got Ahmad to committ. Lets here what yall think.

I don't see them moving janzen anywhere and I feel that Ahmad has a good chance to win the strong safety spot over Darren. Does Darren have the speed and quickness to play corner?

I like them at these positions...

JJ = Corner
A. Dixon = FS
Myles= SS

I think someone on here said that Kiffin mentioned JJ is a corner but they had to play him at FS b/c of depth

wishful thinking, but I am convinced that EB has made up his mind. When is the deadline for withdrawling your name?

I don't think there is a deadline. I think he can stay in school as long as he doesn't talk to any agents.

P.S. I think he will go pro I was just throwing it out there because you never know.

janzen is a tough call imo. i think he was a corner coming out of high school but he was an animal at FS. but then there is our lack of talent at corner.

Also, we aren't done Recruiting..... Wright....? maybe Dorsey (Hail Mary)?

He is an animal at FS, but will be a beast at Corner.

Kiffin said JJ is a corner. We just had no one to play FS this year. Of course kiffin said this all the way back in spring ball. With the recruits we are getting if Wright comes as well...JJ at corner is becoming more of a reality.

I have full confidence in the staff to make the right move, but watching JJ play centerfield is freaking exciting. He reminds me of a Deon Grant with an attitude.

I like the hits that JJ gives at safety. You think Monte may use him as EB this year?

I like our Secondary...I think its going to be a battle for all the spots...You maybe have Rogan, Art Evans, Waggner, Myles Jr, Janzen, Eric Gordon, Ahmad Dixon, and not sure what they are going to do with Marques Dixon...

I know Art catches a lot of heat here, but I still think he could become a player in these next two years.

I think JJ would be a good fit at CB, but he played really well at FS, so I guess we'll have to wait and see in spring.

If we can get Demetrius Wright heres how i see our secondary next year...
1st string-FS Ahmad Dixon, SS Darren myles JR, CB Dennis Rogan, CB Janzen Jackson.
2nd string- FS Ted meline, SS Demterius Wright, CB Marcques Dixon, CB Eric Gordon.
What do you guys think?
