It was his finger. I saw it after one game in the locker room and it looked terrible. To know he caught 67 passes this year with a finger in that shape is truly remarkable.

His right index finger has pins in it. He had surgery on 01/06/2012 to repair ligament damage. Just minor surgery.

It is a finger ... just part of a hand! He is expected to be ready in 2 months or so. Will be part of spring drills but may miss out on some "catching" roles.
