Da'rick Rogers

Please tell me what WRs we have had at UT in the last 20 years are that much better than Da'Rick Rogers. He was only a Sophomore in 2011 and was a 1000 yd reciever. After having just 130 yds as a Freshman, Da'Rick is already sitting at 1200 career recieving yds. just 1600 short of the All Time record at Tennessee. If he follows up a 1000 yd campaign with around 800 yds, he will be 6th on the ALL TIME list. Sorry, but any WR who can be 6th after their Jr yr qualifies as one of the best ever much less the last 20 years. Facts > Oppinion

You obviously missed the fact this place was called WR U before Rogers knew what a football was. Let's allow him to achieve some of the things your talking about him doing before we anoint him. He's capable but let's just wait and see. Kelly Washington was on pace to do some of the things your talking about too ...just sayin'

Good grief. He has a teammate better than him.

I guess he gets to pick and choose who he applys his idiotic standards to.

Do you two refer to yourselves as vfl's?
Eric has an exception because he had a family reason.
Da'rick only talks about the league, money and his stats. Tell me does that seem vol for life material? If he stays a fourth year, I'll consider vol for life. Most players use colleges as pedestals to the league. Get out of your everything is perfect world. I'm as big a UT fan as anyone but even I know people use schools for pedestals.

That's what college is supposed to be . . . a stepping stone to achieve something better. I don't know what VFL is supposed to be exactly, but I guarantee you VFL has never meant to stick around and entertain necks for free instead of making 7 figures.

Listen,I don't give a sh*t who is better, with a healthy Hunter, Rodgers, and Patterson coming in,and Bray we should have one of the most explosive O's in the country and that equals W's, which we all want, except maybe Allpunk123.

Well to me, vol for life is someone who loves the university. Who wants to be here. Someone who carries our name in honor and sets the example.

So nobody that leaves early loves the school enough to be in this VFL thing?

I didn't say they didn't love the school, but not everyone who comes here loves it.

Do you think Bray, or Rogers love it? Do you think the whole team loves it?

Did Jason witten not stay his senior year? Sorry my memory doesn't go back in depth thst far. I'm only eighteen.

Witten, Shuler, Pickens, Stallworth and a lot of others left early when it was the right decision for them. Getting paid early to play football is a testament to the program's success; not a sign that somebody isn't committed to the program.

No, Welker is a great game changer. Every Giant player should give him some cash for the way he changed that game.DR is good, JH is better.

Your a real smart ass ain't you? Are you one of these people that hate athletes and have always been jealous of athletes because you wasn't a high school or college athlete? All I've ever read out of you is your hate and disgust with everything UT. Your like private Pile on Full Metal Jacket. You are in a world of ****. Your pathetic.

Only an idiot would pass up the money of being a first round draft pick. If Janzen had stayed in school then jumped to be a first round draft pick what do you say? Robert Meachem left after one big year period for us but no one says anything. Jerod Mayo jumped but Rogers is now the bad guy because he's on Twitter and he's a 19-20 year old kid that likes money(who doesn't). Our fans are so funny at times it's crazy. We are being selfish trying to bash a kid for playing well enough to get 1,000 yards receiving. That doesn't just happen.
