Nico followed bad advice. But Nico is not a bad talent. He has al lthe talent in the world and most QB's would look bad on that team.

Has a ton of physical talent. Very slow and ineffective at reading defenses and reacting to them. It was painful to watch last season.

He got popped for a failed drug test (not the first one he failed either, on his last warning) leading up to the season. We are not in the same position as these guys. If we had an opportunity to play in the NFL I think the majority of us would have had the discipline to lay of the stank for a few months until we got drafted.
