Is there any video or Da'Rick's announcement? I would love to hear the crown in the gym and to put on the UT hat. Anyone know where I can see it?

I'm looking for the same thing. I'm surprised one has not surfaced yet. I wonder if there even is one?

I live about 30 min. from Calhoun and a friend of mine said he sang rocky top when he commited.

Will DaRick hold a big presser at his high school on Thursday and take questions from the media about his decision process?

I went to the announcement and there is nothing to watch. It was a complete joke the way it was handled. Coach Hal Lamb came to the stage before it got started and said "I really dont have anything to say so lets get this over with". They did not let Da-Rick speak. After he came up with his family for pictures they started walking off the stage and people in the audience started asking where is he going. Coach Lamb muttered "Tennessee" and that was all there was to it. He really showed to everyone yesterday that he has absolutely zero class. He ruined what should have been a great day for those kids.

Lamb sounds like a complete TOOL. Does he have any future SEC caliber talent in the pipeline at Calhoun High? It would be awesome to make this an annual event & bring his top recruits back to Knoxville.

Heck...I don't like it when kids around here go to other SEC schools either...but I don't act like a little baby about it. I wish them well. I know the ties Lamb has to UGA. That still doesn't matter. It just shows him up for what he is.

Hal Lamb is undoubtedly a tool. He already sold his soul when he benched his former starting qb after the Nance's got there and paid for their new field turf. This is just more of the same from him. Let me just clarify this by saying fair or not, that situation makes it seem like Nash was given the starting job in return for a $25,000 installation of field turf. They were state runner ups with Nash, they were state runner ups without Nash the year before. (I believe. If I'm wrong here you Calhoun folk can clarify)
