The feeling is mutual, from everything I've read about this guy and his attitude.

He should be grateful someone gave him a scholarship and a chance to play.

Btw - I hate twitter. Not sure why the world needs to know all the stuff that is posted out there.

This guy is too damn out of shape to make it on the field with our depleted roster? Don't let the door hit u on the way out. What a waste! If you would just get in shape and work hard you'd have a much better chance making it to the nfl here than trying to get on at uf

Maybe he's just 1 of many on our roster that's sick after reading all the hate here on VN.

I doubt that the Gators will want him anyway.

He'd be better off working lots harder to get in shape and learn the playbook here to get on the field and try to prove he's a SEC type player.

The SEC is the major proving ground for the NFL because everyone knows if you can play great in the SEC that you can play well in the NFL, at least most of the time.

People on here are way out of touch if they think our players and recruits and their parents don't come here to VN to read and evaluate what the fans are saying.

Hey look, the most tired argument on this website. The self importance some of you guys place on your own typed word is MIND BOGGLING. If you think negativity in social media is exclusive to UT, you need to take step back, reevaluate the choices you've made in life, take a breath, take a vacation, etc...(or all of the above)

Despite the attempts at self-relevance, this isn't the fans' fault.

If you want to place blame, place it where it belongs:
  • Either the coaching staff didn't do enough to keep him;
  • The coaching staff encouraged him to look for other opportunities;
  • He was sick of the dysfunction that is the Tennessee football program right now;
  • He simply wanted to be closer to home.

No player ever left a program because of something posted on an internet message board (it feels stupid even typing it).

The fault is not with the fans. But, the introduction of the internet and message boards has added a whole new level of difficulty for coaches and players. It used to be that coaches and players never heard anything a fan said about them unless they listened to radion shows or in class on campus. Now they need only open the internet and it is all there. Some players can take it, others cannot.

No way we release him to Florida. So he is going to be going to JUCO for a year and then we shall see if Florida still wants him.
