Don't believe that is a sure thing. there is support among influential people for him to finish out but not come back. He is finished but don't be surprised if it happens during last week of season..

Yes, our AD is an idiot and he effed this up. Some UT "fans" will be pulling for Ky and it will get coverage and just make us look worse. If he had fired Butch after Georgia things would at least seem better whether they are or not.

I will be one of those fans. We need him gone, this season is a wash. Player and staff have quit on it as well.

Says the only way he makes it to the end of the season is if he has photos of the AD in a compromising position.

WRONG!!!!!!!! U.T. will wait until we are not eligible for a bowl game, then fire him.

We need 6 wins to be bowl eligible. We are now 3 - 4.
We lose to Ky. which puts us at 3 - 5. Then we beat Southern Miss. which gives us our 4th win. Then we beat Missouri, which give us our 5th win. Then we lose to LSU. Then the last game is against Vandy and we will be fighting for our 6th win and Vandy will also be fighting for their 6th win.
Vandy is the last game of the season and we will lose it and thus be ineligible for a bowl game. The following day, bUTch is fired.

So, he WILL coach the entire season....

We keep saying he will be fired after this loss or that loss and each week he's still here. No one knows why except those who call the shots. I'm started to wonder is it that no one else wants the job here.
