Yes, he could have INTEGRITY, but I always say that in order to win National Championships, you have to have KNUCKLEHEADS on your team and you look at every National Championship team that didn't have a bunch of knuckleheads as knuckleheads are USUALLY your best players...........Its a fact....look at The U, FSU, Auburn, Bama, LSU, USC, Nebraska, etc., I can name the knuckleheads on those teams when they were winning Ships..........
I've been reading this and have tried to stay out of it, but the misinformation here is mind-blowing.
The data on marijuana and its effectiveness for a variety of disease states is overwhelming. More data on it than many other approved medications out now.
The fallacy of dangers and gateway drug have also been disproven in literature as well. And medically, you could state almost any controlled or non-controlled medication could be classified as a gateway if only one person went on to use something else.
Alcohol and tobacco are much worse for the human body than marijuana, and unlike the other two, also serves for medical conditions that are unresponsive to other medical options.
I respect what your experiences have told you regarding marijuana, but literature suggests your esperiences are outliers and not the norm.
I was refraining from response as well until I read the above. Peer-reviewed medical literature does NOT agree with this (mis)information. It is clear that MJ has many potentially-serious psychiatric, neurochemical, and physical effects, some irreversible. It absolutely carries risk of addiction, with the classic properties of tolerance and withdrawal.
I will not reply to any rebuttals, as the real scientific evidence is clear and readily available.

They have cups now that have strips attached you pee in and it shows immediatelyFWIW this is the timing of a drug test from drugs.com: How long does it take get workplace drug testing results?
Results from workplace drug testing are fairly quick and can usually be received in a few days. An employer may also request to have the test done with a rapid test that can provide results on the same day. Negative results are usually received within 24 hours; however, a positive screen will require further testing that may take a few days up to one week. If the initial screen is negative, a medical review officer (MRO) will contact the employer with the results. If a positive result occurs, a MRO will contact the applicant for further questioning. It is important to notify the laboratory or MRO of any medications currently in use, including prescription, over-the-counter or herbal medications. The applicant may have to provide proof of a valid prescription for prescription medications.

I feel like it's gotta be PEDs for it to be a dismissal.
