He said, and this is not verbatim, something to the effect of "we told him when he got here and he got it fixed." That's pretty revealing.

Now, I think Jones has shown with the Shoop hire that he learned something about defense in the SEC, and that he's willing to leave his comfort zone of known coaches. That said, the same guy coaching UT's OL now was all those years ago for Cinci in Neyland. If nothing else, it's going to be a very, very interesting season.

In game analysis is the same as last week; Our O-line sucks. Even after personnel adjustments it helped but the line is slow and cannot move. Our 5 star recruit from Memphis got whipped all night long. Just think if our line could open the hole up long enough, Hurd would run forever.

Halfway agree with you, Debord is in it for the long haul unless he decides to retire. butch won't fire him but I'm fairly confident he'd dump mahoney. Of course JMO.

They were being kinda predictable with Kamara.

Kamara comes in the game. Next play run or pass to Kamara. Kamara leaves the game. 4 plays later Kamara comes back in. Run or pass to Kamara.

I was able to call Kamara getting the ball just by when the broadcast would show Kamara running onto the field. And I'm no defensive coach.

Who was sit years ago when Dooley was still coach....I think it was Pig Howard....would come into the game, they'd run a jet sweep, then he'd go back to the sidelines. Anyone halfway paying attention would know who was getting the ball. That's what it reminded me of.
