We're trying to NOT get him knifed Butchna 😬

Yeah think back UTAA used to meet at a Frisco bar but there was some kind of issue so they moved? Don't remember details as I tend to just watch at home or with close friends (who understand my bat **** crazy football watching antics and won't call the cops)

Uhhh...the natives get a little ornery if they get nothing to show for their "effort". $50 is cheap as far as replacing lacerated kidneys go. :pinch:

Vol fans used to congregate at Wild Pitch at Stonebriar in Frisco. 18 "?" year old girls with floss covering their butt cheeks was an undercover sting waiting to happen. Might check out Plucker's in Plano for one of the later season games...going to College Station this weekend.

Well, you have to watch something during commercials and that was fun. Pluckers is kind of small and seems too loud. I really miss Pugsley's Library on Walnut Hill. We had a big nice room all to ourselves.

That was awesome! Former movie theatre was perfect. So we've seen each other. :glare:

Probably more than 30 times. I was a regular for that venue. There used to be 100+ people show up with some frequency. I think attendance had a lot to do with the fact that it was harder to get the games at home back in the day. SEC Network has alleviated that problem.

Did you go to Hat Tricks in Lewisville before that?

I would suggest(as others have) staying inside the park. When I first moved to the metro in '03 I lived on East Grand near Gaston, just a few miles away from Fair Park. It's rough.

Will be at the state fair Saturday for Texas OU. Any bars around the cotton bowl in walking distance that would have our game on?

Definitely do not walk around outside of fair park. State Fair is ok, Deep Elum is not far and is safe. Although some issues there lately

Go to Twin Peaks in Plano. Can't speak to the crowd but the food is good and the beer is cold. I'm sure the game will be on multiple flat screens there.

Is the Wild Pitch still up there? I miss that not being our official hang-out. :cray:

The best beer bar in Dallas is right across the street from the Fair Park DART station, Craft and Growler (3601 Parry Ave). They have 1 TV. I've watched a real UT game on it before. Worth a shot!

I was at Pugsley's when EBerry did a pick-6 on Tebow. When I was yellin at the big screen, er'body just acted like they never did that. :loco:

It had so much room maybe it affected their decorum. There were two sports bars in Lewisville before that and we got kicked out of both for rowdiness.
