WRONG
The wife and I haven't misses a bowl game that UT has been in for the last 20 years. Don't plan to this year and I would go to Tampa in a heart beat. I have hotel reservations for Tampa (Clearwater Beach) as well as Dallas. Just waiting to see which flight to book.

awesome

Tampa, we are talking about whether or not we can afford the trip. We went to the last one there and had a great time. Dallas is a little out of range for us this year.

Outback!!! Tampa Bay, beaches, tons of hot chicks, good clubs, Mons Venus, Berns Steakhouse...... Dallas---too cold!

It's gonna be the Outback Bowl. With Tennessee's ties to Tampa, and the Cotton's tendency to take a team from the West, I really think we'll be playing Northwestern or Wiscy.

With regards to the lack of exposure by playing in the Outback Bowl, which is one of five or so games that day: There will be that many other nationally televised games later that day, and each will have a halftime show that will be showing our highlights and post-game interviews. Lots of people will be watching football that day, and I think we get more pub by playing in the Outback Bowl just for that reason.

Cotton for purely selfish reasons. I can drive to Dallas in two hours where it would take a day or a flight to go to Tampa. And besides, I want to see the Vols play in the Jerry Jones Football Palace.

Texas has some pretty good recruits as well....We plan on recruiting nationally...does it really matter recruiting-wise whether teh game is in fl or tx

Cotton. Mainly because I want to see the new stadium in person, and UT playing would give me a great excuse to go.

Dallas , and then invite all the florida recruits to the game...Cause the gators are going to lose to the Horns.

I posted this in another thread but the good thing about the Cotton bowl is you can get into the game for super cheap with a party pass. You wont have a seat but there are plenty of places to watch the game inside the stadium!
