It depends on what you consider quality, furthermore what quality is to one may not be quality to another.

Therefore this comes down to a matter of opinion, and we all know opnions are like a$$holes.Everyone has one !

The rap refers to the first black community in Memphis Tennessee known as " Orange Mound ", where University of Tennessee's own Cedrick Wilson,Andre Lott, and Tori Noel grew up. The community supports only two football teams and that is ( high school ) Memphis Melrose Golden Wildcats and The University of Tennessee Football.

I messed it up it's Frayser Boy. He has ties with Oak Ridge but I'm not sure he's from there.

Anyway my point was that these guys have guidence from guys that are huge in what they do.

Oh ok Frayser Boys is from Frayser ,a Community that is in North Memphis as well.
