Uggla is nice on the turn at second. Probably 3.a 3.b with Phillips imo

It's close I dont think there is any debating that. I think Phillips has the better arm. Albeit, barely. Uggla prolly has a little better range though. JMO.

Middle infield is all about having soft hands. No one is softer than chase utley. Probable 3.c candidate. Really just too tough to make a call on best defensive second baseman
