Another abject disaster of managing this situation by the Reds front office. Why in Gods name did he pitch Sunday after not pitching for 2 weeks? Forced to carry an short bullpen for a week and a half only to make the decision that should have been made 2 weeks ago. Because he pitched Sunday they now can't backdate his stint. There is no way to explain this screw up.
