But you're a fan of the best team in the NL and the winningest team in the Sr league. The Cards suck (just ignore they currently have the best record in the NL and are battling major injuries to boot) and will never have the tradition nor will they ever win as much as the almighty Reds. Apparently the Braves really coveted Stephenson. I like him even more now that I know it upset the Braves brass that we took him.

“The really good high school guys are gone, that we wanted,” DeMacio said. “We were on Stephenson right in front of us. We were really on him, and we thought we had him.”
He was referring to Robert Stephenson of Martinez Calif., the smooth throwing right-hander with the mid-90s fastball out of Alhambra High School. The Braves were primed to pick him in the first round, but the Reds nabbed him with the 27th pick, just before the Braves were announced as the next team on the clock.

Sounds like VB is playing it safe. If the Cards don't win the division its due solely due to the injury bug. Every team has injury problems at some point in a year, so it all evens out. I haven't seen any Reds fans acting like we are gods gift to baseball. So stop trolling, ur looking like a bammer in the football forum.

Not even close! On paper the Reds should own the central and they were picked by just about everyone to win it preseason. Hell most had the Cards finishing 3rd. No excuses. I'm a Cards fan, anything less than a NLCS is no longer a thrill to us. Now you...

Mesoraco was a double short of the cycle today in AAA. 22 year old catchers don't tear up AAA like he has very often. We have something special in him.

Brandon Phillips posted a trivia question on twitter. The prize for the first person to answer it correctly was a trip to San Fran for the series. All expenses paid for by Phillips. He is a terrible guy.

Phillips is a dirt bag. Unless you're a Reds fan you know that. He's like Edmonds when JE was a Card. All non Cards fans disliked him and I got it and didn't try to defend him.
Reds fan reminds me of South Carolina fan. Don't really win much but if and when you FINALLY do you act like it's a yearly event.

He takes hi bat and taps the other teams catchers shin guards before each at bat. He talked some serious smack about the Cards last year and had the nerve to tap Molina's shin guards and the fight was on. He knew exactly what he was doing because Molina told him not to.
