Also, who knew or reported anything about the Reds going after Mat Latos? Shin-Soo Choo?

now you are being a bit goofy. seen interviews with jock and dusty and they seem to think everything is fine. could be a smokescreen, but i don't think so.

Oh so you think the GM and manger should publicly throw in the towel or openly bash the team? :crazy:

99.9% sure that it was done to keep him on regular schedule and bring up a bat to come off the bench.

Look for him to start one of the DH games in San Francisco as his next start with the big league club.

didn't say that. seems like he has the same approach as last year. in his mind the best move is the one they don't make. probably will keep them out of the playoffs this year.:)

Go win 40 of the remaining 67 and lock up a spot. The question is how to do that? Supposedly Luddy comes back in a few weeks. Can he still hit? WJ will be buying if his minor league rehab goes poorly. I doubt BP can keep the pace up on his RBI's, so I am hoping Mr. 25 Million Dollar man starts earning some of it and Bruce goes on a tear.
