D1 Baseball Ranks UT #2 in College Baseball Programs

This ranking is really based on the past 5 years. I don't think we will be #2 when the rankings come out.

But even this is kinda squirrelly, because I've seen Kendall Rogers saying they look at five-year sample sizes for these rankings (a verbatim quote from his Twitter feed), but on Instagram they're defending themselves against the "why isn't Tennessee #1?" criticism by saying they're taking the past 10 years into account. The language in the article says the past five years are heavily weighted, and the five years before that are considered ... but not a lot.

Ultimately, even though they seem to go back and forth on the actual methodology, it feels like "but it's LSU" was their deciding factor. Just gives Tony something to use as motivation.
