I guarantee 99 percent of fans would take Baker or Durkin today over Banks today! It would be 100 percent, except for people like you
Sure thing dude. You are one of these that thinks firing everyone fixes things. You know it all. Heupel should just consult you and the other geniuses on here. It’s baffling why you and others aren’t making $9 million to coach football.

If you don't know that Banks and William Inge need to be fired, then you are beyond help. You don't know football.

Ryan Walters, his results speak for themselves. He and Heupel also overlapped at Mizzou in 2016-2017.

Missouri
2018-52nd
2019-15th
2020-25th

Illinois
2021-29th
2022-1st

Washington
2025-22nd
Probably the best guess I've seen yet in this thread ..... but that's faint praise. 😂

I really hope Heupel sees the need to shake things up on defense.

You all might as well get over it. CJH is not going to change defensive cord.
Unless either the big money donors and/or Danny White basically tell him he has to.
But I do think Heupel already knows what needs to be done and will do it.
The last few games, whenever Heup is asked about the defense; I am hearing more than a hint of anger and frustration that is abnormal for him.
Say whatever you will about the man; Heup hates losing probably more than we do.
He may have never fired an assistant before; but we have never had an assistant fail in such an obvious and highly visible way before.

Agree with this other than the first sentence. If the donors and White have issues with the job that Heupel is doing, then fire him and move on. White seems like too smart a guy to meddle where he has no business meddling, like football X's and O's. If it comes down to suits pressuring the coach concerning his staff, then it's time to replace the coach.
