Probably, Les Miles with a gaggle of former Vols on the staff. While I don't hate it and I understand it...I just wish we'd go ahead and get Leach, dude would be a game changer a la Spurrier in the 90's.

The dog has been chasing that car for a long time.

Finally caught it, now he's got a mouth full of bumper. What's he gonna do.

I'd put my money on him ruining his legacy. Fitting, although it is going to suck as a fan.

Could be. Who knows. Im starting to think maybe Miles is a smokescreen. Seems like he would be onboard already if he was going to be the guy.

You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.

I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Hope you aren't that bored when it's just another heart attack call?

Huge difference bubba, I’m not bored but some of these threads are like beating a dead horse. I’m sorry I was a smart a$$ I truly am. I shouldn’t have put anything n refrained please accept my apologies.

Probably

But maybe it won’t be Les

Maybe that's the smart call but dang, we've been starving for something more than more dull and losing.
I remember when Majors was coaching in the early 80's and it was fun because we scored a lot of points even when we didn't win as much yet. I guess that's why I was excited about the pirate.

It's the effect of Vol fans wanting to hear something good and exciting for our team. We all are losing it...

Phil got burned by going out of his comfort zone with Dave Clawson.

If they are offering $25 million, Cutcliffe may sneak back over the mountains and reunite with Randy Sanders and Chief. Keep Gillespie, Warren and Thigpen off the existing staff and possibly Hoke. Bring in Tom Myslinski as strength coach. Dan Brooks and Peyton as free lance analysts/advisors. Need an NFL offensive line coach - maybe Myslinski can bring one in or Cutcliffe will have a good one.

The way some Fans want to rekindle the Past, I Expect Fulmer to Mend Fences with Johnny Majors any day now and Bring Johnny Home & resurrect Cafego ... I'm starting to wonder if Traditional Volunteer Football & Modern Football Technology Mix... I don't see a fast pace/hurry up & spread offensive Coach in Fulmer's plan for the next coach... In retrospect any team that had Manning should have thrown almost every down - If Mike Leach would have been coach we may never been a called run in a game...

Adding to all the frustration of being down and out is all the hype about Gruden coming to save the day. I hope someday the truth comes out if he ever was really approached and what happened. Maybe after all the JFK info comes out we'll start on the JG files.

Well put. This hire and the coordinators to go along with him may have lots of orange blood but is that a good thing? I think not given our ability to bring in Leach or Kiffin.

Our Spurrier 2.0 Would be exciting and energize the fan base.

I hope it is a smokescreen, but for what/who, IDK?
