Cutcliffe with Tee Martin as OC/HC in waiting ...

I've never made any predictions on this site - ever. With Currie as our AD, I had no idea who our coach would eventually be. But with PF as our AD, the most logical choice in the minds of our now current administration would be Tee with PF coaching him along to be a successful HC. This will be a multi-year re-building process. Might as well start now. I find it hard to believe anyone other than Tee will become our next HC.

Worked out pretty good for FSU.

I explained how it TRULY didn’t but here goes again. Bowden was a shell of himself and still chasing a wins record. He was forgetting details in practice and media events and more importantly reacting slowly making critical decisions on the field. It came to a head. FSU boosters and admin actually had meetings dedicated to him. No one wanted to fire or force a legend to retire. So they essentially hired a HC who didn’t WAIT in Fisher. He ran practices and made the important decisions during games. Bowden still wouldn’t retire...but he “did”. End of story

I talked to a very respected volnation poster earlier today. He heard a Cut and Tee package deal was a possibility. I was surprised because he is happy at Duke and had already turned us a couple days ago. However, things are different now.

He posts on here, so I can see how he would become “respected”. Prolly knows where to score the best hallucinogenics.

Tee as HC in waiting?? How long is he gonna be waiting to get in? 10, 15 years later?

Will Muschamp was HC in waiting while at Texas. He bolted to Florida to be HC.

Ok, I'm watching the USC/Stanford game. If PF is watching it too, it may be Tee will be coming home. Offense looking good. May need to revise my earlier prediction.

Cut will never not bring his own staff. It just won’t happen. He won’t compromise his values. I know this. ...

He wants to be back here, his wife wants to be back here, but it s probably too late.

No no no. No no no to Cut. If your going to hire an old guy, hire Les Miles. Better record, better recruiter, better coach.
