Meanwhile Clemson and its fans are about to drive off a coach who's won 78.4% of his games and brought them two national titles. That's pretty damn funny. If they really do chase Dabo out of town, they're gonna end up being a fifty car pileup of misery before it's over.
Kind of like running off Fulmer, at the time the Vols most successful coach in 50 years.

I live in SC. I was born and raised here. Clemson fans are right to want a change. The game has passed Dabo by. His coordinators won him championships. He is very thin skinned. I personally can't stand him because of that. He has entitlement issues too. As if, like I mentioned, he single handedly won them 2 championships. He's so irritating.

Yes they are troll. How is 1-3 not bad? when you were preseason ranked 4.

Bad and number 4 in the country are two different questions.

Their losses are to LSU, Georgia Tech, Syracuse. Those are all good teams. The first two are very good teams.

Clemson still probably wins 7 or 8 games

Clemson was ranked #4 in the preseason. Goes to show how useless preseason rankings are.
They were in love with Klubnik too. 😂

If Clemson has the balls to move on from Dabo they might be pretty good in the future. He just hasn’t embraced the portal or the NIL era and has gotten somewhat lazy imo.

By normal standards that’s underachieving. I do think Clemson is a decent team though; they could give a lot of good teams trouble if they played them.

Are they underachieving? Sure. But that’s still different than bad. Alabama for example was still a very good team last year who underachieved

Be careful what u wish for.

Some of what u mentioned sounded familiar to those that have endured or advocated for coaching change here when great success had been achieved previously.

Good for us…… and the media fallout after would be a good show. I’m sure Dabo is still “keeping score”
I watched some of the ACC channel the equivalent to the SEC channel and they were almost in mourning talking about Clemson. They must have hung their hat on Miami and Clemson to rep the conference. Things look bleak now, they would not praise Syracuse because an SEC team throttled them on a neutral field. The talk may have been different later but the 5 minutes I watched looked like a wake for Dabo.

I'm not a Clemson fan. Im a Vol. I don't care what Clemson does. There are times in collegiate football when a good/great/elite coach runs their course and are no longer a the same coach. In my opinion it's insane to run a prestigeous program into the ground because a coach refuses to evolve. Really with any sport things change. Good coaches adapt and are successful. Some like Fulmer and Dabo don't evolve.

FYI I wouldn't be a Vol if not for Fulmer. I will always have a special place in my heart for him. I love him. In my opinion No man is bigger than the University they represent. I know that it's obvious that I'm just a fan. It's my opinion.
